Come on in and take your shoes off… Make yourself at home

This blog is dedicated to the area that I have called home since 1989…Point Loma/Ocean Beach, California…and everything that goes on here and how it is related to Real Estate.

While I have lived in other areas of San Diego, most notebly, North Park, Normal Heights, Hillcrest and University Heights…I have spent my time primarily at the beach.

I raised my kids here… they have been in the local pre-schools, afterschool programs, elementary, junior high and highschool. I walk on the beaches and swim in the water here. And, most of all I live in this community and watch it change and grow. I have seen lots of things change….

The new Starbucks and Trader Joes on Rosecrans, the new skate park, a brand new library in Point Loma, new condos and new businesses where military bases used to be, and of course the losses of a few local businesses over the years.

But one thing never changes….people love to be near the beach. And the people who live here are beach people. We are a tight community and it often feels like a small town out here on the Point.
